Natalie Wood’s Cause Of Death Changed To 'Undetermined'

Natalie Wood's tragic death may have happened more than 30 years ago, but the circumstances surrounding the actress's cause of death still remain a mystery to this day. In fact, The Washington Post reports that the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has now changed the cause of death on Wood's death certificate from "Accident" to "Undetermined" last month — a mere seven months after the Sheriff's department reopened the investigation into her untimely end.
Reportedly, detectives don't believe there is enough evidence to classify the incident as an accident anymore, however they have not determined that it was a definite homicide. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the story, the legendary Hollywood star died on November 29, 1981 at the age of 43 during a boat party off California's Catalina Island (Wood's husband Robert Wagner and the couple's friend Christopher Walken were also in attendance).
Back then, officials ruled the death as an accidental drowning, but now it seems that conclusion may no longer be the case. But whether foul play was involved or not, let's hope the police are able to get to the bottom of this once and for all, so Wood's family and friends can finally get the closure they deserve.
