Belly fat? Weight gain and obesity? How you can get rid of it

Visceral fat, body fat is the type of body fat that is stored within the abdominal cavity and is therefore stored around a number of important internal organs such as the liver, pancreas and intestines. Sometimes, fat is accumulated on arms, legs especially thighs.
           Visceral fat is sometimes referred to as "Active Fat" because research has shown that this type of fat plays a distinctive and potentially dangerous role affecting how our hormones function and disturbing various immune functions and reduces the function of various organs by suppressing the activity of certain hormones.
       Some of the causes of belly fat are genetics, weak metabolism, hormonal changes, stress or hypertension, poor posture, overeating etc. There are many remedies that are effective in helping you to lose the fat if you are eating the right food and doing some physical exercises regularly.

1. Lemon Water:

A stressed liver will not metabolize the fat efficiently, so to detoxify the liver, you can use lemon water.  Lemon squeezed in Luke warm water will definitely help you get rid of stored fat. It increases the enzymes that help to detoxify the liver.

2. Fish Oil or Fish:
Fish oil has omega – 3, fatty acids like icosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid and linolenic acid that helps to break down the fat. Just eating fish is also very effective such as Salmon or trout because they contains the lean proteins that are good for the body and for making muscles strong.

3. Ginger Tea:
